Indemnified Liabilities. Any and all claims, actions, litigation, losses, liabilities, obligations, liens, damages, penalties, demands, actions, judgments, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses and disbursements (including attorneys' fees and expenses and experts' fees and expenses) of any kind or nature with respect to which the Borrower and/or Guarantor has under this Loan Agreement or another Loan Document agreed to indemnify or defend Administrative Agent or any Lender.
Indemnified Liabilities.
