Indemnitee's Affiliates

Indemnitee's Affiliates. Shall mean Indemnitee's spouse, members of Indemnitee's immediate family, and Indemnitee's representative(s), guardian(s), conservator(s) estate, executor(s), administrator(s), and trustee(s), as the case may be, as understood in, or relevant to, the context of a particular provision of this Agreement.
