Indenture. Means the indenture relating to the Notes and the Exchange Notes, dated as of June 15, 2004, among the Company, the Guarantors and Wachovia Bank, National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Variations

Indenture. Means the indenture relating to the Notes and the Exchange Notes, dated as of June 15, 2004, August 2, 2010, among the Company, the Guarantors and Wachovia Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
