Indenture

Indenture. Shall mean that certain Indenture, to be entered into on the Amendment No. 5 Effective Date, among each of the Borrowers, certain of their Subsidiaries and Bank of New York, as trustee pursuant to which the Senior Unsecured Notes are to be issued, without regard to any restatement, amendment, modification or supplement thereof after the Amendment No. 5 Effective Date.

Indenture. Means the Indenture dated as of January 22, 2007 among the Company and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee, pursuant to which the Notes are being issued

Indenture. That certain Indenture, dated as of October 27, 2009, among the Issuer, the Guarantors and Wilmington Trust FSB, as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Indenture. The Indenture, dated as of February 19, 2004 among the Company, the Subsidiary Guarantors and BNY Midwest Trust Company, as trustee (the Trustee), pursuant to which the Notes are to be issued, as such Indenture is amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
