Indenture

Indenture. The Indenture, dated as of July 5, 2012, among the Company and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time

Indenture. The indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of May 8, 2012, as supplemented by the Supplemental Indenture, between the Company and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Indenture. The Indenture and the First Supplemental Indenture thereto relating to the Securities dated as of May 26, 2015 among the Company, the Guarantor and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Indenture. The Indenture, dated as of May 11, 2015, by and among the Issuers and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, pursuant to which the Securities are being issued, as amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Indenture. The Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of October 14, 2014 between the Company and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Indenture. Shall mean, collectively, (i) the indenture, dated as of January 31, 2014, and (ii) the supplemental indenture, dated as of the date hereof, supplementing the indenture dated as of January 31, 2014 and relating to the New Notes and the related guarantees, in each case among the Issuers, the Guarantors and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as trustee and as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Indenture. The Indenture, dated as of May 28, 2013, by and among the Issuers, the Guarantors and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee (the "Trustee"), pursuant to which the Initial Securities and the Exchange Securities are to be issued, as such Indenture is amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Indenture. The Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of April 3, 2013 among the Company, the Guarantors from time to time parties thereto and The Bank of Nova Scotia Trust Company of New York, as Trustee, and as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Indenture. Shall mean the Senior Indenture, dated as of September 13, 2013, among the Company, the guarantors named therein and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee, as amended and supplemented by the Fourth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of March 27, 2015, among the Company, the Guarantors and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture dated as of April 16, 2014 among the Company, the Guarantors and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, which Indenture also governs the Existing Securities, and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
