Example Definitions of "Indenture"
Indenture. The Indenture, dated as of November 21, 2000, among the Company, the Guarantors (as defined therein) and The Bank of New York, as trustee (the "Trustee"), pursuant to which the Notes are to be issued, as such Indenture is amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of February 27, 2004, among the Company, the Guarantors and Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture dated as of March 25, 2004 among the Company, the Initial Guarantors and Wachovia Bank, National Association, as trustee, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. The Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of March 13, 1997 between the Operating Partnership and U.S. Bank National Association (formerly known as First Trust National Association), as Trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Means the Indenture relating to the Securities, dated July 29, 2005, among the Company, CSK Corp., the Subsidiary Guarantor named therein and The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of April 19, 2006 among the Company, the Guarantors and The Bank of Nova Scotia Trust Company, as trustee, and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of June 8, 1999 among the Company, the Subsidiary Guarantors and Bank One Trust Company, NA, as trustee, and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
