Example Definitions of "Indenture"
Indenture. Shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto and shall include any amendments or supplements thereto.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of August 22, 2002, among the Company, the Guarantor and Bank One, N.A., as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. The Indenture dated as of October 9, 2002 between the Company, the Guarantors and The Bank of New York, as trustee, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of April 15, 2003, between the Company, as issuer, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, as trustee, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the First and Refunding Mortgage, dated as of December 1, 1927, by and among the Issuer and JPMorgan Chase Bank, as successor trustee, as amended and supplemented by various supplemental indentures, including the Eighty-First Supplemental Indenture, dated February 25, 2003, creating the Bonds and the Exchange Bonds.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of February 1, 2003, between the Company and Bank One, N.A., as trustee, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of October 6, 2003 among the Company, the Guarantors and JPMorgan Chase Bank, as trustee, and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of August 19, 2003, among the Company, the guarantors named therein and the Trustee, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Indenture. Means that certain Indenture dated as of August 19, 2003 among the Borrower, the Subsidiaries of the Borrower party thereto and the Trustee, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, restated, refinanced and replaced from time to time.
