Example Definitions of "Indenture"
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of October 1, 1998, among Sprint, Sprint Capital and Bank One, N.A., as trustee, as supplemented by the first supplemental indenture dated as of January 15, 1999, and the second supplemental indenture dated as of October 15, 2001.
Indenture. Means the Indenture, dated as of May 9, 2003, between the Company and JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee, pursuant to which the Debentures are being issued.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of December 23, 2002 by and among the Company, the Guarantors and Wachovia Bank of Delaware, National Association, as trustee, and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of January 24, 2003, between the Company, the Guarantors and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, as the same shall be amended from time to time.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of June 22 2004, between the Company, the Guarantors and HSBC Bank USA, as Trustee, as the same shall be amended from time to time relating to the Securities.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of July 26, 2004, among the Company, the Subsidiary Guarantors and Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of November 26, 1996, between the Operating Partnership, Simon Property Group, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (which, effective December 31, 1997, was merged into the Operating Partnership) and The Chase Manhattan Bank (now, JPMorgan Chase Bank), as trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Means the Trust Indenture, dated as of October 1, 2000, by and between the Issuer and First Union National Bank, as trustee, as it may be modified from time to time.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of March 13, 2001, between the Company, the Guarantors and The Bank of New York, as Trustee, as the same shall be amended from time to time relating to the Securities.
Indenture. Means the Indenture, dated as of March , 2001, between the Company and United States Trust Company of New York, as trustee, pursuant to which the Notes are to be issued, as such Indenture is amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
