Example Definitions of "Indenture"
Indenture. The Indenture dated as of September 30, 2004, by and between the Company, the Guarantors and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, pursuant to which the Notes are being issued, as amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the trust indenture, dated as of September 22, 2009, between the Company, the Guarantors and Wilmington Trust FSB, as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of December 21, 2009 among the Company, the Parent, the Subsidiary Guarantors and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of March 31, 2008 among the Company, the Guarantors and Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee, and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
