Indenture

Indenture. The Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of February 6, 2003 among the Issuers and Union Bank of California, N.A., as trustee, and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Indenture. Means the Indenture dated as of March 5, 2007 among the Company and The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee, pursuant to which the Debentures are being issued.

Indenture. The Indenture relating to the New Notes, dated as of December 1, 2000, between the Company and Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Indenture. The Trust Indenture, dated as of April 1, 1947, as supplemented by several supplemental trust indentures, a Supplemental and Restated Trust Indenture dated March 1, 1991 and a supplemental indenture to be dated as of September 1, 2003, as the same shall be amended from time to time

Indenture. The Indenture, dated as of February 1, 1999 (the Original Indenture) between the Company and JPMorgan Chase Bank, successor in interest to The Chase Manhattan Bank, as trustee (the Trustee), as heretofore supplemented including the supplemental indenture creating the Notes, as the same may be further amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Indenture. The Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of July 7, 2003, among the Company, the Guarantor and U.S. Bank, National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Indenture. The Indenture relating to the Exchange Securities dated as of November 17, 2006 between the Company and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, as supplemented by the Supplemental Indenture dated September 6, 2007, between the Company and the Trustee, and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Indenture. The Senior Debt Indenture, dated as of December 11, 2007 between the Company and Trustee, as supplemented by the Third Supplemental Indenture, to be dated February 3, 2009, between the Company and the Trustee (together, the "Indenture")

Indenture. The Indenture dated as of April 12, 2006, as supplemented by the First Supplemental Indenture, dated as of April 12, 2006, and as further supplemented by the Second Supplemental Indenture, dated as of June 16, 2006, between the Company and The Bank of New York, as trustee (the ‘‘Trustee'') and as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of February 27, 2012, among the Company, the Guarantors and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
