Independent Contractor Award. The grant of any Nonqualified Stock Option, SAR, Stock Award, Cash Award, Performance Award, Performance Units, Restricted Stock, Stock Units or any other award to which the Committee may deem appropriate to meet the objectives of the Plan, whether granted singly, in combination or in tandem, to an Independent Contractor pursuant to such applicable terms, conditions and limitations as the Committee may establish in order to fulfill the objectives of the Plan
