Independent Expert
Independent Expert. An independent firm of accountants, investment bankers or a similar suitably qualified organization to be mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Independent Expert. Is hereby deleted in its entirety from the Agreement.
Independent Expert. Means any Qualified Laboratory that is reasonably acceptable to each of HOKU and CUSTOMER; provided, however that if such parties cannot agree on the Independent Expert within ten (10) days, each Party shall select one independent expert form the list of Qualified Laboratories, and those two independent experts shall select the Independent Expert.
