Index Rate

Index Rate. Means, for any Interest Adjustment Period, the Reference Bill® Index Rate for such Interest Adjustment Period.

Index Rate. Shall mean the rate of interest per annum announced by Fleet National Bank as its prime lending rate to commercial borrowers.
