Indirect Competitor

Example Definitions of "Indirect Competitor"
Indirect Competitor. Means any retailer, manufacturer or wholesaler, not including a Direct Competitor, which offers for sale a product competitive with a product offered by the Company (e.g., Target offering teenage apparel).
Indirect Competitor. Means any retailer, manufacturer or wholesaler, not including a Direct Competitor, which offers for sale any apparel (including swimwear), footwear, accessory or bed linen product specifically intended for teenage girls and/or women in their 20s (e.g., Target 4 featuring apparel, footwear, accessories or bed linens for teenage girls and/or women in their 20s).
Indirect Competitor. In respect to SIEMENS means an entity that is not a DIRECT COMPETITOR but which has a product line that competes with the MR scanner product line of SIEMENS.
