Individual Award Opportunity. The potential of a Participant to receive an incentive payment if the performance goals for a Performance Period shall have been satisfied. An Individual Award Opportunity may be expressed in U.S. dollars, in Shares or pursuant to a formula that is consistent with the provisions of the Plan.
