Individual Severance Arrangement

Individual Severance Arrangement. Means any Employment Agreement providing for severance or change in control benefits to a Participant or any other severance arrangement between the Participant and the Company other than the Plan, in each case that remains in effect through the date of a Qualifying Termination.
