Information

Information. For the purposes of this Agreement, shall mean any know-how, ideas, trade secrets, inventions (including patents covering such inventions), data, market research, technology and information, including improvements and modifications to any thereof, processes and analytical methodology used in development, testing and analysis, and medical, clinical, toxicological and other scientific data developed or acquired by either party. "INFORMATION" will be further defined in the Definitive Agreement.

Information. Means information relating to bids, offers or trades, or any other information, that is input into, created by or otherwise resides on an Electronic Trading System or is created in connection with a Gaming Business or an Unrelated Dealer Business.
