INFUSYSTEM CREDIT FACILITY

INFUSYSTEM CREDIT FACILITY. Shall mean that certain loan facility by and between InfuSystem and Fifth Third Bank, as now in existence and as amended and otherwise modified from time to time, and with the understanding that as of the date hereof such overall credit facility is composed of a revolving loan facility and an equipment loan facility.
