Example Definitions of "INFUSYSTEM GUARANTY"
INFUSYSTEM GUARANTY. Shall mean a continuing guaranty by I-Flow Corporation of the obligations of InfuSystem under the InfuSystem Credit Facility as such guaranty is modified from time to time, provided that, in any event, the liability of I-Flow Corporation thereunder shall not exceed $3,500,000 at any time.
