ING LOAN DOCUMENTS. Shall mean the Senior Credit Agreement, the Loan Documents (as defined in the Senior Credit Agreement) and all other agreements, documents and instruments executed from time to time in connection therewith, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
