Initial Effectiveness Deadline

Example Definitions of "Initial Effectiveness Deadline"
Initial Effectiveness Deadline. Means the date which is (i) in the event that the Initial Registration Statement is not subject to a review by the SEC, 60 calendar days after the earlier of the Initial Filing Deadline and the Initial Filing Date or (ii) in the event that the Initial Registration Statement is subject to a review by the SEC, 90 calendar days after the earlier of the Initial Filing Deadline and the Initial Filing Date.
Initial Effectiveness Deadline. Means the later of (i) the date that is 120 days after the Exchange Closing Date and (ii) the Initial Filing Date.
Initial Effectiveness Deadline. Means the date which is (i) in the event that the Initial Registration Statement is not subject to a full review by the SEC, eighty (80) calendar days after the Closing Date or (ii) in the event that the Initial Registration Statement is subject to a full review by the SEC, April 30, 2008.
