Initial Election Date

Initial Election Date. With respect to an individual who becomes an Eligible Director on or after the Effective Date of the Plan, the date on which such individual is elected as a member of the Board

Initial Election Date. (i) with respect to Stock Units credited on a January 1st pursuant to Section 7(c) (and any dividend credits attributable thereto), the December 31st immediately preceding such January 1st, and (ii) with respect to Stock Units credited pursuant to Section 7(d) (and any dividend credits attributable thereto), the day before the day on which the Eligible New Director first becomes eligible to participate in the Plan
