Initial Election. Means a Participant's election to receive his or her benefit in a Lump Sum Option in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 5(a)(iii)
Initial Election. A written election on a form provided by the Company, filed with the Company in accordance with Article 3, pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to defer all or any portion of the Eligible Employee's Eligible Compensation payable for the services performed following the time that such election is filed and designate the time and form of payment of the amount of deferred Compensation to which the Initial Election relates
