Initial Grant Date

Initial Grant Date. Means the date on which a person is initially elected as a member of the Board or, with respect to those persons who are Eligible Directors and who serve on the Board at the time of adoption of this Plan by the Board, the date of approval of the Plan by the Company's stockholders.

Initial Grant Date. Means the date on which a person is first elected as a member of the Board.

Initial Grant Date. The date on which an individual is elected or appointed as a member of the Board

Initial Grant Date. With respect to any Initial Grant, the first Trading Day occurring on or after the date of the Initial Board Meeting; provided, however, that if such first Trading Day occurring on or after such Initial Board Meeting does not occur during a Window Period, then the Initial Grant Date shall be the first Trading Day of the next subsequent Window Period
