Initial Investment. Means, the fair market value agreed and stipulated to by the Partners of the property and other initial Capital Contributions which each Partner is obligated to contribute to the Partnership pursuant to Sections 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 of this Agreement; but excluding any amortization, interest or depreciation costs incurred by or on behalf of either Partner.
