Initial Investor Equity. Means the aggregate amount of capital invested by the Investors in the Company pursuant to the Recapitalization Agreement and pursuant to Section 10(b) of the stockholders agreement, dated as of December 31, 1998, by and among the Company and certain of its stockholders named therein.
