Initial Parent

Initial Parent. RUBICON TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a Delaware corporation (the "Initial Parent" and, together with Rubicon Holdings and any other entity that may become a "Guarantor" under this Agreement from time to time (each a "Guarantor" and collectively, the "Guarantors"), the Lenders party hereto from time to time and ECLIPSE BUSINESS CAPITAL LLC, as agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, "Agent").
