Example Definitions of "Initial Premises"
Initial Premises. As used in this Amendment shall mean all premises leased by Tenant in the Building prior to the addition of the Expansion Area described in this Amendment. The Initial Premises contain 46,783 Rentable Square Feet of space.

Initial Premises. Initial Premises. The term "Initial Premises" shall mean those certain Premises located within the Building outlined on the site plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A" containing approximately Seventy Four Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Eight (74,768) square feet of gross leasable area (the "Initial Premises Gross Leasable Area") and further described as 3011 Triad Drive.
