Example Definitions of "Initial Product"
Initial Product. Means an oral formulation of Product containing [* *] naproxen sodium and [* *] metoclopramide hydrochloride developed by POZEN as of the Effective Date under the POZEN MAA for the Initial Indication, that conforms to the specifications set forth on Exhibit 2 of the Supply Agreement.
