Initial Product

Initial Product. Hylan gel-fluid 20 (hylan G-F 20) Synvisc currently approved as a device with a CE mark for the intra-articular treatment by viscosupplementation of osteoarthritis of the knee, to be supplied in pre-filled syringes packaged ready for use, complying with Product Approvals in the Territory as a device.

Initial Product. Called MxL241SF, means the first Product made by MaxLinear, which must be compatible with TI’s Puma-5 technology.

Initial Product. Means the first Licensed Product sold by Schwarz, its Affiliate or its sublicensee in the Territory.
