Initial Public Offering or IPO. Means the consummation of an underwritten initial public offering of shares of capital stock of the Company, pursuant to a registration statement under the 1933 Act.
Initial Public Offering or IPO. Means a public offering and distribution, for cash proceeds to the Company, of the Company's equity securities registered with the Commission in accordance with the requirements of the Securities Act and applicable state securities laws.
