Example Definitions of "Initial Public Offering"
Initial Public Offering. Or "IPO" means the initial offering of stock to the public by the Company or stockholders of the Company or Holdings requiring registration under the Securities Act.
Initial Public Offering. The first underwritten public offering following the Grant Date of any equity securities of the Company pursuant to an effective registration statement filed by the Company with the Securities Exchange Commission (other than Form S-8 or successors to such form) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
Initial Public Offering. Means the first time securities of the same class or type as the securities being distributed in the Spin-Off are offered to the public for cash.
Initial Public Offering.
