Example Definitions of "Initial Purchase Price"
Initial Purchase Price. The price per share to be paid initially by Participants for shares of Conversion Stock subscribed for in the Subscription Offering and by Persons for shares of Conversion Stock ordered in the Community Offering and/or Syndicated Community Offering.
Initial Purchase Price. The price per share to be paid initially by Participants for shares of Conversion Common Stock subscribed for in the Subscription Offering and by Persons for shares of Conversion Common Stock ordered in the Community Offering and/or Syndicated Community Offering.
