Initial Registrable Securities. Means the Common Shares.
Initial Registrable Securities. Means General Registrable Securities relating to the Initial Notes, the Initial Warrants, the Subsequent Notes and the Subsequent Warrants issued on or prior to the trading day immediately preceding the date the Initial Registration Statement is initially filed with the SEC. 2

Initial Registrable Securities.
