Initial Reserve Report

Initial Reserve Report. ‘Initial Reserve Report' means the engineering report concerning the Oil and Gas Properties to be owned by the Operating Company pursuant to the terms of the Closing Transactions Documents, prepared by Pioneer, as of December 31, 2007, and audited by Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc. or another independent engineering firm selected by the Borrower and reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
