Initial Share

Initial Share. Shall be 20% of the Senior Indebtedness as of the date of the last Senior Payment Default unless there have been a continuous series of Senior Payment Defaults, in such case the Initial Share shall be computed as of the first date in the series of Senior Payment Defaults.
