Initial Warrants

Example Definitions of "Initial Warrants"
Initial Warrants. The Warrants issued on the Initial Closing Date, as amended to reset the exercise price to equal the lower of (a) $1.00 or (b) 110% of the closing bid price of the Common Stock on the last trading date immediately preceding the 180th day following the date hereof.
Initial Warrants. Is defined in the preamble to this Agreement.
