Initiative Addendum

Initiative Addendum. A document substantially in the form of Exhibit A setting forth terms for an Initiative that has been executed by an authorized representative of each Party and references this Agreement, which document may be amended upon mutual written agreement signed by the Parties. Each Initiative Addendum is incorporated by reference into this Agreement
