Injurious Conduct

Injurious Conduct. The meaning ascribed to the term on Attachment 1, the terms of which are incorporated herein

Injurious Conduct. Shall mean the activities described in Sections 12(a), (b) and (c) of the Employment Agreement between you and the Company and if, during the Grantee's employment or service with the Employer or thereafter, the Grantee breaches any other written confidentiality, non-solicitation or non-competition covenant with the Employer. For purposes of the Performance Units, this definition of Injurious Conduct shall replace the definition of "Injurious Conduct" set forth in Section 13 of the Plan.
