Inktomi Technology. Means the computer software, technology and/or documentation which is supplied to Customer by Inktomi or used by Inktomi in connection with delivery of a Service, including without limitation all source code and object code therefor and all algorithms, ideas and Intellectual Property Rights therein, including upgrades, updates, successor versions, replacement versions thereof.
