Example Definitions of "Inovio Patent Rights"
Inovio Patent Rights. Shall mean any EP-related Patent Rights Controlled by Inovio or its Affiliates now or at any time during the Term, which would be infringed by the Development, Manufacture, use, sale or importation of any Licensed Product in the Licensed Field in the Territory. Inovio Patent Rights shall include Inovio Existing Patent Rights.
