Example Definitions of "Input"
Input. In relation to a Party, the services, resources, workforce or other tangibles or intangibles that such Party provides in accordance with this Agreement in relation to a Project as set out in a Project Schedule.
Input. Shall mean suggestions, comments or other feedback which either Party may, from time to time during the course of this Agreement, provide to the other Party with respect to the MSN Mobile Services and Company Services, respectively.
