Installation Site. Shall mean the location at which the RMSS Software is installed and which is owned or controlled by Licensee, or a Licensee contractor (who is not a Competitor and who has executed a nondisclosure agreement consistent with the terms of this Agreement) providing use of systems to Licensee, and which is located in the United States.
