Institutional Investors. Means the "Institutional Investors" listed on Schedule I to the Securityholders' Agreement as of the Effective Date, together with their respective Affiliates.

Madison Dearborn Capital Partners V A, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Madison Dearborn Capital Partners V C, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Madison Dearborn Capital Partners V Executive A, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Providence Equity Partners VI L.P., a Delaware limited partnership and Providence Equity Partners VI A, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership

Institutional Investors. MDCP and PEP, in each case so long as such Person holds any Class A Common Units

Institutional Investors. Collectively, (w) Growth Capital Fund I, L.P., (x) T. Rowe Price, (y) each Fidelity Investor and (z) Foxhaven Master Fund, LP or Foxway, LP (together with its/their Affiliates).

Institutional Investors. Means Warburg Pincus Private Equity IX, L.P., WP IX Finance LP (collectively, "Warburg Pincus IX"), Warburg Pincus Private Equity X O&G, L.P. and Warburg Pincus X Partners, L.P. (collectively, "Warburg Pincus X") and any transferee of capital stock of the Company (including subsequent transferees) directly or indirectly (in a chain of title) from Warburg Pincus IX or Warburg Pincus X and who is a stockholder of the Company.
