INSTITUTIONAL SHAREHOLDERS. Has the meaning set forth in preamble to this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, purchasers of Series A Preference Shares solely pursuant to the exercise of stock options granted under one or more Incentive Stock Plans shall not be considered Institutional Shareholders for purposes of this Agreement.
