Instruction
Instruction. (m) "Instruction" means an instruction that has been verified in accordance with a Security Procedure or, if no Security Procedure is applicable, which Xapo believes in good faith to have been given by an Authorized Person.
Instruction. A directive initiated by Client, acting through an Authorized Person, which directive conforms to the requirements of Section 8 hereof.
