Instruction. Means any instruction given or which purports to have been given by an Authorized Person in accordance with Schedule 1.

Instruction. (m) "Instruction" means an instruction that has been verified in accordance with a Security Procedure or, if no Security Procedure is applicable, which Xapo believes in good faith to have been given by an Authorized Person.
