INSTRUMENT SYSTEM

INSTRUMENT SYSTEM. Shall mean the collection of hardware and software for use with Chips in a Screening system offered for sale or otherwise made available by Caliper to any Person, which system is used in, or useful for, Target Assay Protocol development or Screening, or otherwise generating data for a Multi-Target Screening Database (as defined in the Intellectual Property Agreement).
