Example Definitions of "Instrument"
Instrument. The following terms used in this Agreement shall have the same meanings herein as set forth in the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in the State of New York as in effect from time to time: "Commodity Account," "Commodity Contract," "Commodity Intermediary," "Entitlement Order," 2 (MKL) Standard Form IAA 2017-02-15 "Financial Asset," "Instrument," "Investment Property," "Proceeds," "Securities," "Securities Account," "Security Entitlement," and "Securities Intermediary."
Instrument. Such term as defined in Chapter 9 of the UCC rather than Chapter 3.
Instrument. Means instrument (as that term is defined in the Code).
Instrument. Shall have the meanings given such terms in the Code.
Instrument. Means the Commercial Deed of Trust, Assignment of Rents and Security Agreement as defined in the second WHEREAS clause on page I hereof.
