Instruments

Instruments. Shall have the same respective meanings as are given to those terms in the UCC as presently in effect in The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, if not otherwise defined in this Agreement.

Instruments. All "instruments" as defined in Article 9 of the UCC.

Instruments. The meaning given in the Code, as such definition may be amended from time to time, and shall include, but not be limited to, a negotiable instrument or any other writing that evidences a right to payment of a monetary obligation, is not itself a security agreement or lease, and is of a type that in the ordinary course of business is transferred by delivery with any necessary endorsement or assignment. The term "Instrument" shall include but not be limited to promissory notes.
