Insurance Laws. The insurance statutes, rules, regulations and case law in effect in each Settling Jurisdiction, together with any other statutes, rules, regulations and case law relating to or otherwise affecting the sale, marketing, provision, servicing of the Insurance Products and other services or benefits provided to consumers by or through, directly or indirectly, Company or Company Related Parties. For purposes of illustration only and not limitation, Insurance Laws shall include unfair trade practice... laws, fair debt collections laws, and telemarketing laws.
