Insurance. All insurance policies covering any or all of the Assets (regardless of whether is the loss payee thereof).

Insurance. Company shall maintain in full force and effect during the Term, with a reputable insurance carrier, a general liability insurance policy with a limit of liability of not less than Two Million United States Dollars (USD $2,000,000) and an umbrella policy with a limit of liability of not less than Five Million United States Dollars (US $5,000,000).
